Quality Inn & Suites Palm Island Indoor Waterpark

Literally nothing.

The room was dark, ceiling tiles were falling in. Everything smelled old and musty. Very dingey. Lighting was insufficient, nothing looked like the photos they provide. The water park isn’t advertised as closed on the weekends, the arcade wasn’t working. Games were shut down. There was mold in the shower. The place looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or wiped down in a year. They refused to refund us for the night we stayed and we will be taking that further up. Absolutely atrocious. I have no clue how this place is even up and running.

The entire floor is soaked in water from the AC The bathtub doesn't drain The coffee pot doesn't work. Coffee pot didn't even have a filter insert

The people were very nice and the water park was great

Could use some updates and paint. We had dirty towels still in our bathroom and rooms definitely had an odor. The inside needs some major updates

I went for the water Park and was closed

I don't use 1 out of 5 because the staff was friendly to me. When I arrived my room was not ready. I was lucky that the attendant assigned me a new room. I booked two rooms, and in both rooms the air conditioner could not be turned off. This was important for us because it was dirty, and we got stuffed nose because we could not turn it off. The door in my room was broken and could not close, the shower in the other room did not work. We saw cockroaches in the breakfast bins and a door in the second floor. The staff is friendly, but it seems that the managers do not want to pay for cleaning, plumbing, etc. And I am surprise they don't pay because the cost was high. Because of the high price I did not check the reviews where other people have seen the same as I have.

The hotel is run down and falling apart.
