Quality Inn & Suites Palm Island Indoor Waterpark

The staff is wonderful , very friendly. The maid was wonderful.

Everything is old, rusted, no clock, no coffee maker, the fire alarm was disabled. Bathroom toilet was clean but very outdated, sink was cracked. The supposed extras were not to be found. There was nothing quality about this place, except for the staff. The continental breakfast is a joke. Donuts, cereal bars and cereal. Coffee and tea.

Had to change rooms 3 times. First room was dirty, hair in pillow cases and was all the way at the end. Hallway lights broken. Second room then door was broken, didn't close all the way & lock didn't work. Third room the light was broken in the room, sink faucet broken, towels in room were dirty and stained. Breakfast was only green bananas, some very sugary cereal and juice.

Old, dirty, worn out facility. Breakfast wasn't ready at stated time. Was surprised that Quality Inns would have their name on a property like this.

Terrible room duct tape on ceilings stunk very bad water damage everywhere vagrants in the lobby every exterior door is broken breakfast was a joke Waterpark mostly broken should have went somewhere else

Property is very old and run down. No up grades and has monthly tenants

Checking in and out was good. Location was okay.

The curtains in our room were off the hooks at the top and did not close all the way. The air conditioner made too much noise. The bathroom light did not come on right away. The light switch by the entry door did not turn a light on. It included breakfast which was very disappointing, granola bars, small donuts and cereal.
