This property should not be operational. We were told we would have a renovated room, and while it may have been painted, & possibly had some work done (evidenced by sheetrock dust on surfaces), it certainly was not nearly completed. Sat in the lobby several times during my 2 night stay & the continuous number of complaints coming to the front desk was almost unbelievable. The entire hotel was in poor condition & laden with all different issues (card key doesn’t work, shower leaking, no hot water, no AC available, filthy bathrooms, stained bedding & walls, no one at the front desk, etc.). The hotel was sorely understaffed & the owners should be ashamed at how they are operating it. We will not stay at this or any other Randolph House Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham ever again.

This hotel was awful. The bed sheet was stained, the toilet is behind the bathroom door and the air conditioner did not work, a portable one was brought in, with the hose stuck in the window. The smoke detector battery was chirping because it was dead. The overall feel of the hotel was old.
