Location, and the suites are a generous size.

The card reader on my door didn’t work, and they tried using other cards to no avail. I was forced to go the front desk and ask them to open it for me every time I went out and came back. It turned out to be a broken lock and they were unable to fix it or move me to a different room as supposedly all rooms were occupied. I was not offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. The property has gone downhill since my last stay a few years ago and is now overpriced for what you get.

The price was on the expensive side.

We did not get the room we reserved and we had to clean the toilet. It was filthy.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and have almost always had good experiences. Our most recent stay in June 2026 has us considering another hotel for our next visit. Immediately upon entering our suite we noticed torn frayed carpeting where the tile meets the carpet. We found a strange mens brown sock from the previous guest on a bedroom floor and a dishwasher full of unwashed dishes. The kitchen faucet was extremely loose and a bathroom faucet was missing a piece so that the water sprayed backwards, flooding the rear of the vanity. Maintenance left a note that they had to order the part. For the duration of our week long stay I had to use a pot lid to keep the water in the sink. While all of these issues singly are relatively minor, for a rate of $220+/night we expect better. Taken together these items have us wondering about the current standards of the hotel.
