The place is definitely a rat trap, dirty, neglected, without lighting and they even crashed my car in their parking lot, I really do them a huge favor by leaving this review and not falling into this supposed suit

Very dirty and tub was nasty and furniture was dirty and old. Hallways dirty and dark with bad odor lots of mess Very ghetto with lots of people hanging around outside Amy

Bed had bedbugs. Roaches everywhere. Overall had a terrible feel.

The employees that work there are so cute and adorable and sweet and helped me with all my needs when booking

Trash still in the room, broken lights, broken faucet, cabinets were damaged, sofa bed had not been cleaned, the entire place smelled like smoke and lots of cockroaches.

Our two day stay was great , customer service was awesome, the room we stayed in was cold just like we like it 😀 room was cleaned Front office attendance was very friendly as well ... could use a Lil more hot water temp for shower use but over all very satisfied Will stay again soon ty

Maintenance and housekeeping could be improved quite significantly.

The place and the room stunk. There was also holes in the ceilings and in the walls. Roach traps on the ground and toilet paper stuffed in smaller holes in the room.

This building should be knocked down. I truly have no idea how it’s still standing. The room was so worn down. The bathroom was disgusting, layers on layers of black mold, tub was chipped. The carpet, bed and sheets had stains all over, tears and burn marks. The kitchenette was old, run down. The fridge was surprisingly clean. But it was so bad we quickly left and did not stay the night.
