"Save yourself"

This hotel was the most poorly maintained that I have ever been in. Unless you are otherwise homeless, please pay a little more and get rooms that are at least partly clean, with functional toilets, showers, and smoke alarms. Shame on the people that own this property.

"Worst hotel room I have stayed in Austin"

The pictures of the room on the website are deceptive. We were told we were getting an upgrade to the room. However, if the room was an upgrade it was horrible. There was no sofa in the room, just a bench and seat. There was a Hostess rack in the room for some unknown reason. The sink in the bathroom was leaking. There were roaches on the walls and in the shower tub. Not sure how old this hotel is but nothing looked upgraded. The carpet and furniture looked original and in bad shape. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in the Austin area and this by far was the worst. The overall upkeep in the hotel is terrible. Leaks in the ceilings. Elevator does not work. Lights in the hallways don't work. The property appears to be badly managed and no breakfast served in the morning. But to be honest if the rooms being in the shape they were did not make me feel breakfast would be any better. I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel no matter the cost.

Toilet didn't flush when arrived. Flooring peeling up in bathroom. Carpet felt gross Shower dripped constantly.

I should have seen the reviews before staying here. I just wonder how the company/management even rent this hotel. It is completely nasty! Won't ever stay here again. MOLD, COCKROACHES, HAIRS, HOLES, NO SMOKE DETECTERS, STAINS ON SHEETS, FUNKY SMELL, NASTY MICROWAVE, FRIDGE. YOU NAME IT! Can't even believe house keeping doesn't say anything or they are just as dirty as the management! I hope people see this review and will stay away from this hotel! - 10/17/2024
