The pictures were very misleading. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The front desk staff was quick and courteous but the rooms and hallways were horrible. The floors were nasty, there was a community trash in the hallway that was full, stinky smell, folks talking loud in the hallway on the phone, dog vomit in the hallway, fridge, tub & carpet nasty, dishwasher door wouldn’t close. All of the smoke detectors had plastic bags over them! Refund was given. The Best Western Plus welcomed us on short notice because it was after midnight and we had a baby with us.

If youre looking for a cheap place to stay and dont care aout the conditions of the hotel then go for it otherwise stay far away

Bed Was Dirty And So Was The Tub

I can't say anything good except for the fact i got a one night refund. I will not be staying at this hotel again. There is a long list of thngs wrong. Going to our room: The elevator trapped us in, the stairs door handle is broke, there was blood or excrement on the wall in the stairwell, floor was filthy, the carpet had water stains. In the room, the bathroom has black mold, the floor had bubblegum stuck, the kitchenette's stove was dirty and outdated, the fridge was barely cold. So again, NEVER AGAIN!!!! We booked 2 nights but only stayed 1.

Well maintained

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. While the staff were very friendly, the room conditions were unacceptable. The room was dirty: the toilet didn't flush and remained clogged, the kitchen and living areas were filthy, and the bed sheets were stained. The carpets had a strange, wet feeling to them, and the showers had soap residue from previous guests. Worst of all, there was black mold on the ceiling, which prompted me to contact the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). Additionally, nothing seemed to work properly. The vending machines charged $3 for a small bag of chips, and the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. The so-called "breakfast" consisted of just a cup of coffee. For $100 a night, this is completely unacceptable. I would have been better off sleeping under a bridge. I strongly advise against staying here.

The staff was super friendly! That’s the only good thing honestly. It was quiet and Walmart and restaurants were right around the corner, but it was gross! There was MOLD/black funk inbetween the tile wall in the shower. There was multiple stains on the floor and comforter. There were burn marks on the bathroom floor. Multiple drawers from the dressers were missing. The chairs were stained and dirty. The pull out couch was on its last leg lol. The breakfast only consisted of cereal and coffee 😭. Overall, do not book if you care about cleanliness ! I felt dirty the entire time. We also booked a queen bed, and got a full.
