"Best beds in. Beaumont"

The absolute best front desk staff, clean rooms and comfy beds! Definitely recommend to anyone traveling here. The breakfast staff is kind and helpful, asking if we need anything before we need to ask for it.

"Customer Service is A Thing of the Past"

We had the most eerie uncomfortable stay we've ever had in our lives at this hotel. The room had nothing more than typical furnishings minus a telephone, Bible, stationery, pen, no printed information whatsoever. We didn't have any wash cloths and no phone to call the front desk. I searched for the phone number to the front desk on the internet and after a few minutes I found it, called and the poor guy was inadequately trained and could not help us. The level of disregard by this huge Corporation was stupefying. I've noticed inadequate customer service in all forms of business over the past couple of years; from the Banking institutions to restaurants & hotels to utility companies...no one is trained to care what the customers needs are. It seems like a pattern. I guess I'll purchase a camping trailer and that will solve the problem for over night stays.

Book a king bed and was giving two twin beds because none was ready at check in The house keeper walk in on us without knocking and entered the room. The ice machine doesn’t work on the 4th floor

"Awesome getaway!"

The desk staff lady was OUTSTANDING and was able to get us checked in quickly. Room was clean, comfortable and smelled great! The lobby and waterfalls are a great photo backdrop! Can't wait to get to come back!

Nice facility. Poorly managed, desk clerks were incompetent, dry and rude. Room was dirty, pool area was no better. This was once a nice hotel but now is a roach hotel.

Fire alarm went off at 5:30 am and had to evacuate hotel, also coming from Houston very difficult to get to hotel. Price seemed high for what we got
