Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Beaumont Plaza (I-10 & Walden) by IHG

Great location and clean

Don’t waste your money on this hotel, you can get better accommodations and kinder staff for much less. No one answers the 1-800 hospitality number ever. Door to exit Weight room doesn’t work you will be trapped if there isn’t someone on the outside with a room key to let you out. Hot tub only has 2 working Jets, and is absolutely filthy, tile around pool is dangerously slippery, and not stocked with enough towels. There are no names or phone numbers listed on signage where it states to call for any assistance or issues in the pool area. Fire alarm continuously went off back to back but room 409 doesn’t have functioning system so you won’t hear anything. Manager is horrible and the worst representative of this hotel chain.

The stay was amazing. The best part of my stay was the front desk ladies Ms.Demyra & Ms.Shordreka they were the nicest! Rooms was very mice as well . I definitely will be back to stay again . Here with the band btw

I always stay at this location when I come to cisit family. I visited 2 - 3 times a year for 10 years and its always clean and the staff are always friendly.

Quick stop for overnight stay. Easy check-in.

We arrived at the hotel at 3pm which is their check in time. We had to sit in the lobby for nearly an hour before they had a clean room for us. There was no hair dryer. The drapes were shabby and missing one of the plastic rods needed to open/close them. We found it broken and laying in a corner behind the closed drapes. We each had a glass of their house cabernet in what appeared to be a small port glass for $10 each PLUS tax: $22 total. We have stayed at this place several times before when traveling cross country to the west coast and on the return but it has become a run down over-priced dump.

Awesome hotel, very great accommodations for the rally. Very very nice and clean, super nice. The staff is very attentive and super helpful. It was a great host hotel for the Ladies and Leather Rally.

I stayed here for the Ladies in Leather rally. Overall the hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. This was a big rally and over 500 people and they accommodated us very well. Thanks for the hospitality!
