"DO NOT STAY HERE"

Family emergency caused us to book these hotels to allow us to stay near the hospital just for them to force us to cancel 1 room once we arrived telling them room was unavailable and then the second room they gave us was locked and unable to be slept in. We called over to front desk and they tell us “not much we can do” what do you mean not much we can do?? Finally after 20 minutes or so they give us a room with 1 king bed and 1 sleeping sofa which is the same room we had booked for the 2nd booking and told us wasnt available??? Make it make sense. Worst part is they gave us sheets, pillows, and pillow cases because that the “beds weren’t made” & on TOP of that “your room is on the 3rd floor oh and btw our elevator isn’t working” WDYM??? Worst hotel stay ever. If i could give negative 5 stars I would

The stay was ok. Elevator didn’t work we had to carry our luggage up 3 flight of stairs it said free breakfast well it was only coffee and there was only 1/2 a cup left when I went downstairs at 8am. Vending machines didn’t work with credit card only cash

"Horrible stay do not recommend "

Nothing worked. The side door key not working, laundry room not working, lights down the hallway not working at night it was pitch black, you have to take out your own trash, towels have to be taken to front desk to get clean ones, TV not working properly, you have to pay extra if you want the room to be cleaned. They only service the room every 7 days. Roaches. Smells.

There was no AC. The cleaning service threw away my food and my toothbrush. My key repeatedly did not work and front desk did not fix it and did not replace my room due to A/C issues.
