OVer all fine, but to take instant oatmeal there are no bowls & no fruit juice offered with break fast

Location was great, staff was nice, and that we had a full size refrigerator and a partial kitchen. That was a great plus, when you are traveling with more than just yourself and for long periods of time it’s nice to be able to make a real dinner. Fast food get old and expensive. But the biggest plus is that our dogs are welcome to stay with us.

It’s nice that there were so many washers and dryers, but several of them were constantly giving error codes and unable to be used.

This Extended Stay Suites cuts corners on maintenance and house keeping. The building looks okay from the outside. Furniture in the room is very cheap particle board furniture. The closet had wire shelves and a few plastic hangers. I saw roaches in my room and the elevator is slow and sketchy. Getting assistance from the front desk takes a long time as they do not monitor the desk. Bring your own pillows as the ones here are very thin. It is obvious that the owner is cutting corners.

It was “clean at first sight but very old. Once we actually sat down and started to unpack I realized there were roaches, bathroom look dirty and water was dripping making noise all night. Left the hotel at 6:38 am and no signs of breakfast when it was supposed to have started at 6am. Couldn’t get WiFi to work either. Will never stay here again

I had sewer gas back up into the unit during my stay at unit 112 in the kitchen sink. During the storm we had a back up and it didn’t flood but the gas filled the room. I tried to sleep in a giant fart. Whoever was above me ran laps around the unit from 10 to 3 am.
