The man at the front desk let us switch rooms upon discovery that our room connected to another. The connected door was locked, but not from our side and I was not comfortable with that.

This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. I wish I had taken pictures to share; I was too dumbfounded and tired from a long drive to deal with it more than was necessary. We found dog poop in the middle of the hallway carpet while walking to our second room (reported to front desk, but not cleaned up by morning; and found another piece of poop in an adjacent hallway while leaving the next morning). There were various bad smells while walking through hallways. The room we stayed in had very obviously not been cleaned before we got there, with exception—it seemed—of the sheets and made bed, and folded towels. Many crumbs remained from last tenant making a sandwich in the kitchenette sink. A lot of little hairs on bathroom sink/counter from shaving. Visible dirt smudges in various places on floors. Grimy everywhere. We tried so hard to touch as few surfaces as possible, flipping light switches with hands covered. Had it not been so late in the evening—knowing we had an early morning ahead of us—I would have changed hotels.

I was greeted promptly and professionally. Upon checking in I was told ai was getting a newly refurbished room. From my perspective only included fresh paint and flooring. The cabinetry in the kitchenette and bathroom were ill fitting and well worn. There was no hot water at 8 PM for my shower nor at 7 AM. There were also several gnats in my room. You have to get any kitchen supplies from the front desk including a coffee maker (but bring your own coffee to brew.) Do not be fooled by the “breakfast included” statement. Breakfast includes packaged oatmeal or very small packaged muffins. Even the staff commented on how lacking it was. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. If you are wanting a cheap and safe stay, this will be acceptable. Just don’t expect much.

Coffee maker was not in room, vent a hood in kitchen area had grease every where, cabinets had crumbs from previous people.

Good location and good value.

I paid more days than I stayed and when I asked for the refund they told me if they were going to do it to me and a month ago and they never sent it to me.

Location and price

Stayed for two weeks but no housekeeping. When I booked it said 7 days when I questioned reception it they said every 14 days. Also breakfast shouldn't be called breakfast. Satchet Porridge but no milk only hot water. Nutrigrain bars and poor muffins. Advertised as bed and breakfast but that is stretching it.
