Extended Stay America Suites - Dallas - Plano

The property location is great. There were ants in my room but I clean the room with bleach and it was fine. The only disappointment was the different smells from others cooking in their rooms that comes into yours. Other than that the staff were great and our stay was pretty comfortable.

Location

There was a a live bug crawling in bathroom. We asked for extra towels and was told that we have to return our current towels to get more. There weren't any pots, pans, dishes in the room. Have to go ask for them if you want any kitchen supplies. The included breakfast does not include any hot food. Just prepackaged muffins, granola bars, and coffee rolled out on a cart in the lobby. The plaster on the bathtub chipped off on multiple spots. The pool was green and disgusting. Lol it was a lot of bad. I didn't realize a 2 star hotel was SO bad. My mistake.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience At first glance, the room seemed okay. But things took a turn for the worse when I opened the sofa bed — it was covered in stains, some of which looked disturbingly like blood. To make matters worse, we found empty syringes under the sofa bed mattress. It genuinely felt like someone had been using the place for drug activity. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health and safety concern. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone specially when travelling with family.

Good price. Convenient location

Do not stay at this hotel. Room smelled like cigarettes, pool was completely disgusting, staff was never there and the bathrooms badly needed renovations.

No one was available at the desk when I arrived. I had to wait a while to check in. There was no breakfast provided as advertised on this website.

Room wasn’t clean, bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was as lackluster

Area was nice, staff was nice. Room a little dated but clean.
