Quality Inn Richmond North

ITS A DUMP, its bad, really bad, only got one room key for 4 adult men, only got 2 towels for the 4 of us, soap and shampoo dispenser in shower were empty, no remote for TV, when finally got remote, TV channels did not work, just said no signal, front desk guy does not speak good English, was always nowhere to be found, place smelled like puke, cat pee, or marijuana depending on where you were, flies everywhere, pool was gross, breakfast was a joke, everything was out of order, ice machine only worked when it wanted to, ni light bulbs in the lamps, etc etc, please find a different hotel/ worse place i every stayed at, Im not kidding.

The location was good

It was very run down. Mold on the ceiling in our room, towels were dirty, there were bugs (crickets and beetles) and it just wasn’t cleaned very well.

The bathroom was dirty, there was no service on the tv so you could not watch tv, the breakfast bar was dirty with water coming in through the ceiling and everything in the breakfast area was wet.

This place has a lot of potential but fell a bit short of expectations. The front of house staff was courteous. To be fair, they were renovating while we were there. It's definitely in need of some updating if they're going to charge the rates that they do. The non smoking units smelled like they were smoking units. All in all, we stayed. the pool look like it was a swamp. if you need a place to sleep for a night, it will do. If you're looking for a place to stay for a family vacation, I wouldn't recommend.

Os quartos são grandes, camas confortáveis e tem frigobar, cadeira cafeteira… um espaço bom.

Achei o ambiente escuro, pouca iluminação e pedi um quarto na área para não fumante mas o cheiro do quarto e do corredor fediam a cigarro.

It was a terrible decision to stay there bed was dirty had to ask for clean quilt. Tv did work. Ac was noisy and not good

The ceiling leaked, the room smelled of mildew, there was chopped paint everywhere and stains on my pillows, sheets and mattress. The hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes

Nothing had too wait for 2 hrs to get in the room because of payment with booking.com

Every thing with hotel was a problem

Good bed. A problem with ac in breakfast room. Coffee machine in breakfast room not working, but had coffee in lobby. Would stay there again if in the area
