Quality Inn Richmond North

This has to be one of the most misleading properties I’ve seen. The hotel should not be in business, smoke alarms were off the wall, cigarette burns on the sheets, and roaches everywhere. The first room they tried to give me had black mold all over the wall. Their is no way they passed health inspections

The hotel needs alot of work. The sink in our room was loose and leaking. The walls in the bathroom were peeling. The shower was slippery. The smell was not good, especially in the hallway. There was a hugh ceiling leak in the dining area. And the dining area was very dirty

Nothing, the lobby looks good but that’s about it.

The rooms are horrible and outdated and tons of bad reviews. Please look at the reviews on google before booking.

First room they tried to give up was uncleaned from last person. Reserved a bon smoking room. So the second room was a smoking room and stunk like an ashtray. Finally they got us in a 3 rd room still had an aroma that was faint. Then it was suppose to include breakfast. Went down and the ceiling was leaking in the middle of the room so they had a waste can catching the water.

The roof is leaking near the breakfast area. There has to be a health violation for that. The ice machine didn't work in my building. The ceilings in the room were dusty. Under the bed had never been cleaned. The toilet had dirt from previous customers. Mirrors were clearly never cleaned. The bed was dirty. I ended up going and buying sheets. There were beehives out on the balcony couldn't enjoy it. The shower was full of mold all over. All of that lead me to not even want to use the pool.

Worst ever place booked and after one hour I checked out because dirtiest sheets and cockroaches

Dirtiest hotel ever. Will not recommend ever to anyone
