"I want my money back, I didn't stay because of safety reasons"

Nothing the room was filthy, nothing worked, they wouldn't put me in another room so I didn't stay

People in the parking lot tried to sell me drugs

Location

Everything else. My background is in hospitality and I greatly believe in this field my job was always to create a great experience. The agent was greatly impolite and never smiled once although I tried to be polite and ask about her day and how she was feeling because SHE NEVER SMILED ONCE!

Took 3 times to get a room key card dont work, tben card worked green light came on but door would not open, third time charm green light came on and able to open door Went to watch little tv remote didnt work

Staff was nice but wasn’t up to date on knowing they had maintenance

It was a terrifying place to sleep and it wasn’t clean I had to clean the bath tub in order for my kids to bath and only had lamps car alarms going off all night

Nothing this place is false advertisement. Nothing like what the picture shows.

The woman at the front desk was awful. We couldn't get in the room for hours the second night. They give us another room that was already occupied by people. We walked in on them asleep. We had to stay in the truck till someone got there in the early morning. I asked for a refund for the second night because of the inconvenience. They told me no even though we wasn't able to get in the room till close to 1am. My wife and my 11 year old daughter had to stay in the truck.

The receptionist

Was given 3 dirty rooms before actually getting a clean one. Was told none of the tvs are working and old as hell couldn't sling my phone to it. and the room we got the ac doesn't work but I was tired of changing rooms
