We turned around and left after we saw the room! Bed bugs shower wall literally falling in to the tub broken window broken tv floor coming up in multiple spots. I WANT A REFUND or I will take them and Booking.com to court!!!!

Location of property close to port for a cruise.

No hot water! Mold on ceilings! Ceiling paint chips everywhere! Puddle of water in front of fridge! Coffee pot didn’t work! Tv didn’t work! Smoke detector in floor!

The hotel was horrible I would not even give it a one star!! The girl checking us in gave us 2 room keys told us to go check which room was clean, checked the first room it smelled like mold. Went to the 2nd room its outside elevator did not work hallways smelled like pee. Went up 4 flights of stairs to a room that had dirty socks on the floor and also smelled like mold!! My husband and I are highly allergic to mold!! Also a man was sleeping in chair in lobby seemed like girl at desks boyfriend. I asked the girl for a room that did not smell like mold she said she would refund me!!

The entire room, property, staff!

Did not get to stay. Was told by staff rooms were leaking. Had to find another place to stay.

Better TV/cable

The location is good, the staff at that time she was friendly and nice.

Once I arrived and the receptionist give me my key. I when to my room and the room was not ready at all. You can see the door was open, the bed didn't had any sheets cover. I return the the lobby and I was provided with a different room. The second room was occupied. Keep in mind I had drove more then 10 hours and I was wanted to rest.
