Quality Inn Downtown Historic District

TV was not working (it had no signal), telephone was not working (connector on the end of the cable was broken), after flushing toilet tank was refilling for 30 minutes to be able to flush again, ceiling in the shower has number of cracks and big hole, shower stall's wall liner has wide crack, water was not draining from bathtub, sink has no plug, room's floor has missing tiles, floor was dirty, long black hear was on heardryer, thermostat was not working, it looked like it has no power connection.

The employees were all very pleasant.

Wifi was terrible . Junkies all over the parking lot. They came in during breakfast saying they had a room and took the food. Screaming and calling the workers very vulgar names. Beds were hard . You could see threw the 1 inch Crack of the door. The workers were all very nice.

Everything. Literally didn't even get to stay the night because someone was in my room and none of the key cards worked for the alternative rooms. I tried FIVE different rooms, and NONE of the doors would open. Add to that, there were only men walking around the area and watching me from the windows. And plenty of dark alley ways for people to potentially hide in. I felt uncomfortable the moment I drove in. The front desk woman was more concerned with eating her dinner than with helping me get a room. I went back and forth through the parking lot, front desk to the rooms, by myself at 9pm at night with no assistance and no concern from the front desk woman. It seemed like she offered me a refund just so I would stop bothering her about the key cards. And after 5 attempts, who would want to stay anyway? I'm glad I didn't get to stay here. The service was bad, and my safety was probably at risk just being in the area. 0/10 , will never go back.

staff and location were great but the rooms are terrible water dripping from ac on floor was huge ouddle by morning rroom reaked of mildew this was the second room selected first room you could push the door open after locking

Nothing went well

No hotel phone, no ice machines working, coffee pot not working, sink faucet broken, reserved 2 double beds and got king bed, had to change room, phone in second room but no connection cord . curtain in first room would not close for privacy and more. the photos on booking.com are not current. This hotel is in need of major repairs.

We were put in a room the ceiling was caving in the bathroom. We couldn't use the shower. There was mold on everything.
