The staff was nice! Nothing it was very run down there was no bathroom door no cable not even basic with antenna they had mold on the wall! We felt very unsafe they had very sketchy people in and out of the room above the office all night!! The lamp didn’t work the phone didn’t work the phone didn’t even have wires to be hooked up. I took pictures of all of the above! This place should be closed down no one should stay there not even the workers!

My husband my 20 yr old son and I stayed together in this room and we had to be mindful of not going in the bathroom direction if someone was in our bathroom so we wouldn’t walk in on each other! TERRIBLE NEVER BOOKING AGAN!!!

Nasty place. Hinges are missing on the entrance door. Had to get a strong man to even get it open. Bathrooms are disgusting. I know why it's so cheap at mardi gras. Not worth it, pay extra somewhere else.

Absolutely nothing

Staff was extremely rude. After I made a reservation and they took my money I was told there was no vacancies. Then I was told they would refund my money. They did not refund my money they said it would take 1-3 business days to get my refund. Its been 3 days and still no refund! Ive been trying to reach the hotel and the rude lady on phone said to call back in the morning. I still cant reach manager or customer service. They never had any intention of giving me my money back. They are thieves and are not to be trusted. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!!
