Quality Inn Downtown Historic District

The staff is super friendly and helpful .It is quiet and close to the cruise terminal. The beds are very comfy. I like the walk in shower, plenty of clean towels and wash cloths. Plenty toilet paper.Domino's delivers to the location. And the refrigerator in the room keeps stuff super cold definitely A+ for that .

Our room was hot and stuffy when we arrived. And the TV didn't work at all. I wasn't very happy with the Little bed pillows like half a reg pillow and the bathroom lacks a decent amount of soap.

Phone didn’t work, tub was dirty, 3 lamps only 1 lamp cover, Tv didn’t work. And it smelled, called front desk I couldn’t get a hold of they they wasn’t in office. Called customer service they couldn’t get a hold of them either

La habitación que nos dieron al inicio estaba ocupada, abrimos la puerta sin saberlo y sin el consentimiento de los ocupantes, después de cambiarnos de habitación esta no tenia luces, la única lámpara de escritorio qué habia tenia su luz parpadeante. Mucho olor a humedad, el WC no jalaba la cadena a la primera, hay que bombear el agua para que salga, y el sector se siente inseguro, instalaciones mal cuidadas y vecinos fumando we*d todo el dia.

The Quality Inn Downtown in Mobile, AL, was the worst motel experience I have ever had. The bathtub in the first room we were given was disgusting and the rest of the room was not much better. After going back to the lobby, the lady explained that they had just done some repairs and apparently it hadn't been cleaned. The 2nd room we were given was moderately better but still in very poor shape. There were only 2 outlets that worked in the room, one for the tv and the other for the lamp, so to charge our phones you had to unplug the lamp. The room given to our friends was not any better and they had to request a different one also. This motel is very run down and unclean. We had several other guests ask about our room and they also mentioned the outlets and some said their TVs did not work at all. We would have moved to a different hotel but there were none available, so we were stuck. Thankfully it was only for one night.

Toilets don’t flush, showers don’t drain, floors are filthy, and no ice machines.
