The area was amazing

The floors in our room were so dirty we had to wear shoes at all times, there was a hole in the roof of the bathroom with water dripping through so could not use the shower, the bathroom door would not close. And there was cockroches in the bathroom.

Raillins floors need a good clean, especially in the rooms floor was black

The front desk lady was very friendly and breakfast lady was friendly

The room was very filthy I went to the front desk and asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room. There was cigarette 🚬 and weed butts and ashes in the top drawer of the nightstand and behind the bed and even on the shower wall like someone put a cigarette out on the wall. The dressers were very dirty i took the white towel she gave to clean with and when I took it back to her it was black and the floors were dirty couldn’t walk around without shoes on. The bed sheets surprisingly were or looked clean. I understand it’s an older hotel but if showed alittle TLC it would be a nice place and the housekeeping staff actually cleaned. We stayed there a few years ago and it wasn’t that bad. There was even gummy stuff stuck to the drawer like gummy bears or something. I even left a little note for the housekeepers. Wish I could use more pictures to show more

The place was absolutely disgusting it smelled like mildew in the office ,the room smelled like urine and the locks didn't work . We canceled right then and there and was refused a refund . The woman at the cou ter was rude and told me to kick rocks. My wife and I had to walk to another hotel. I expect a refund one way or the other . If you do t respond to me I WILL SHARE THIS WITH EVERYONE I KNOW ON SOCIAL MEDIA
