liked absolutely NOTHING

the fact you can’t reach the desk at night when you get off work late at night early morning they’ll purposely decline your call if you have a problem and go to the desk service is very RUDE

Facilities in room were good.I appreciated the tea,coffee and microwave provided.Only 10 minutes walk from Amtrak.The inclusive breakfast was very good.I would stay again.

Outside of rooms was a bit tatty and needs smartening up.

Quick check in, room was clean, right downtown perfect for our plans

Woke up by housekeeping not once but twice before we checked out. Some of the rooms are bolted shut from the outside. I wouldn't be surprised if this place was leveled.

Sehr gute Lage im Gardendistrict mit Haltestelle der street car direkt vorm Haus. Ganztägig Kaffee. Bewachterkostenpflichtiger Parkplatz 25 $ Frühstück war hervorragend. Schöne Außenanlage und beheizter Pool.

Keine Möglichkeiten die Handtücher zu trocknen und das Zimmer an der Straßenseite war laut und an der Außenwand waren homeless people die als mit sich selbst Unterhaltungen geführt haben. Ok hätte wechseln können in ein anderes Zimmer.

Needs alot of work and fixing. Bathroom facet not secured, cracked opening in ceiling above shower, mold on side tub, dark area with no working light or outlet. Microwave and coffee pot outlet does not hold plug in it. Battery compartment on outside of door was taped to hold it. Room Phone didn’t work . One night stand by the bed was always damp with moisture on it. Batteries in remote control for Tv needed to be replaced. Office did give batteries when asked for it. Furniture needs to be upgraded due to poor condition. Wash room horrible with rust in washer and no working washer. Only 1 floor had a laundry room that was horrible. Curious of the one sprinkler above the window if it even worked in the event of a fire. It didn’t look like it was in tack. Cards quit working 3 times and had to go to office to get them reset plus batteries had to be changed in door. Staff didn’t seem to be able to change our room to a better room. 2nd room booked had crack in doorway that was obvious it was broken into at one time. No secure latch at top of door inside room. Cards quit working and had to go to office to have them reset. Cracked opening in ceiling in bathroom above shower.

When we checked in and went to the room the key card didn't work, a maid came to see if she could get them to work but wasn't able to so she gave us her master key. The room was not clean (examples - looks like mold in shower floor, toilet seat not attached); there wasn't any television service (were told it had been out for months). When we went back to the office to report these issues the person at the desk told us that the on-duty manager isn't available on the weekends. We tried to give the master key back but were told to keep it. There was also loud party at the pool late into the night.
