The location and the price. Close to areas of interest in the town and within easy distance of Bandelier National Monument. The room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast wasn’t great and as items ran out they were not replaced without asking a member of staff. Generally the breakfast experience was poor.

We stay at this property because it is close to our grandchildren. There seems to be construction going on in the hotel. Our room was very spartan and didn't seem finished. There was no place to hang clothes other than a few hooks on the wall. The room didn't have a full bathroom - a wash basin was situated in the entry hall and the rest of what should have been a bathroom was located across that entry hall. For this we paid a premium price. I am looking for some other place, near our grandchildren, to stay.
