Location, price, and comfort worked well for us

Our room was so nice! It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The rain shower head was awesome! I would definitely stay here again.

I paid for a room that had a walk in shower and I questioned the person at the front desk that seemed to be a manager she was very rude on the phone questioning me, well the next day someone moved me to the correct room, the rooms were not even clean filthy and just not a great time Overall

I liked that the pictures were accurate of what the room had and the room was very clean and spacious. I didn't like that the volume on the tv couldn't be adjusted and that the hot water for the tub ran out rather quickly.

The room was great minus the outlets by the bed not working and the blackout curtain not staying shut. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and had lots of space. The overnight person at the desk was less than friendly or polite and kind of rubs a person the wrong way or maybe it was just us she was unpleasant with

The shower was the biggest design flaw i have ever seen. Cant turn it on without getting blasted with cold water, the faucet controls are very confusing and inconsistent and the door doesnt seal so water was all over the floor afterwards which was very slippery and dangerous. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very thin walls, i could hear conversations from other rooms. Made it hard to sleep.

We had several issues in our recent trip. The property recently removed their Tesla charger, giving us few options for charging when we arrived on property. The elevator smelled like vomit, and housekeeping wasn't consistent we were unable to get fresh towels during our 3-night stay (usually wouldn't worry, but the bathroom ventilation was so poor that towels wouldn't dry, and the entire room was incredibly humid for 3 days). Fixtures in the bathroom were rusting and our couch in the room was broken. Over the past 4 years of staying at this property, the continental breakfast has gone downhill. In the past, they had make-your-own pancakes/waffles, but now have pre-bagged frozen waffles to warm in a microwave. We honestly tolerated this property for many years because of the Tesla charging option; however, now that it has been removed, we will not be staying here again. In summary, the cost per night is relatively low, but I'd rather spend a bit more. You get what you pay for.

Everything was above my expectations. The staff was all friendly and very helpful. The only thing that i was mad about is that when i checked into the hotel, i was planning on going swimming but there was a pool party in there. It would have been good to k ow in advance about the pool being closed.

Stay was good but when we arrived in our room there was a used towel on our bathroom door and paper in the toilet.
