Room was spacious and well appointed. Great room for the price. Location was excellent for a family gathering we had in the area

I made reservations for my family of 5 and it said there were rooms available. I got a room for 4. I had to ask for a roll away bed twice. The guy at front desk finally went to get it the second time with me and my son following him. The air conditioner did not work. We had it on 64 and it would kick on for a minute then go off. It was cooler in the hall than the room. There were dead bugs in the corner in the bathroom. The breakfast was cool and the juices were out with no one around to tell.

Bed bugs. No one at the front desk during the evening. No one to check us out. Bathroom not clean upon arrival. Not pleased.

Nice king room, clean and quiet

I selected the property because it was outside the Cleveland area, and on our route home to NY. Our room was on the 1st floor. The room was smelly (musty). The window curtains were torn at the middle closing, so they would not close properly. There were cob webs in the window sills and across the top. The toilet in the room would shut off, but come back on randomly, run for a few min. turn off, then come back on again. The light over the sink would flicker on and off. We shut the bathroom door to deal with the toilet. Breakfast was ok the next morning. We got up early to leave due to our discomfort with the room.

Nice pool

The beds were really comfortable! The pool was heated and very large. The breakfast was wonderful!

Room was nice, but bathroom sink gross, which made me question everything else. Loved the idea of the quiet contract.

Room was nice to stay a couple nights. Super close to headlands beach was a plus! Food locations right next door was extremely convenient.
