My stay was ok. Good price and clean. The breakfast was disappointing. The area was not very good

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The GM was very accommodating and flexible w our reservation. HOWEVER she then tried to hold the items in our room hostage until we paid a fictitious fine. Additionally our bed was broken in our room, remotes did not have batteries and none were provided even after asking, and there was broken glass by the pool for the entire 3 days. Somehow out of ALL the people in the hotel the GM tried to blame the glass on us. We brought the broken glass to the attn of the front desk on day and nothing was done. Again, very unprofessional.

Air conditioning unit made noise, bathroom fan made screeching noise, no one to check us out until a rude man did Directions to breakfast area was not given Bed was flat

Pleasant accommodations. Slightly dated. Staff friendly and helpful. They where very understaffed ie general manager and laundress functioning as housekeeping

This was a safe and clean place to stay for the weekend. Only problem was at checkout no one was at the desk for like 20 min. Come to find out he was outside smoking and we asked if we could get a recipt and he said to just leave the key on the counter and he would email us one. I still havent gotten an email yet..

King bed was great. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, but probably due to aftermath of Covid & lack of travelers.

I really appreciated that when I had a problem in my room, they took care of it right away. I did not expect them to do all that they did as fast as they did. The only thing I could say I was not pleased with was the lack of equipment in the gym.

Staff, customer service, very accommodating. Excellent.
