"Good"

After booking my room and it was already paid for the hotel checked me in and then wanted a $50.00 deposit for the room. It was already paid for. That is ridiculous!

"The room was nice and clean and excellent customer service."

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had hot waffles, Cereal, milk, juice coffee, bread, bagels muffins and english muffins. Free high speed internet. The housekeeping and front desk staff were awesome. I will Recommend to my friends and family for their next stay in Manning SC.

I was surprised to find that the room was not as clean as it claimed to be. The complimentary toiletries appeared to be left over from other guest and used. The bed was comfortable. The room was very hot and the AC was very noisy.

"Not a first choice. Not the best customer service."

Ask if there was any first floor rooms available and they said no they only have top rooms. In the back Facing the back. No available rooms for handicap yet didn’t see not one elevator. Two women in the check-in area one was polite, the other one did not have the best demeanor. Younger lady was respectful and then her side kick was not the one checking us in constantly had things to say and speaking for the other young lady. At least 25 rooms at the bottom, but all of them are filled yet the parking lot is empty? Changed the reservation from two nights to only one night will be going elsewhere. The room has a good set up and look just like the pictures. Very Spacious

"Just okay "

This place was fine for what we needed it for. Passing through on are way to Florida. The area was safe, restaurants near by and open late. Staff was friendly. They offered a continental breakfast of the basics. Wasn’t the cleanest. I would not have liked to stay more than one night.

This property was old and outdated. I could see sunlight under the door and on the side that closed. It gave me the creeps.

It is close to I 95, and an expensive. The room was nice size. It has outside entrances, which I feel is less safe. Overall clean, but warn and stained base in bathtub.
