Our beds were on some type of steel frame that every time you moved it made noise the lighting is terrible especially by the sink area.

Front Desk agent is very unprofessional, overcharged 2x on my card 100 & 95 for incidentals when it says charge should be $50. When I called to raise the issue, didn’t want to acknowledge mistake, told to contact bank, had nothing to do with it. Noisy, people running at night. Do not recommend, not family friendly
