Baymont by Wyndham Manning

The room was so so. Bathroom was in very poor condition and requires renovation. We were not impressed with our stay in this hotel.

Completed the pre check in process online arrived at the hotel after driving from North Carolina. The hotel had just called me 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm how many rooms I had reserved and I confirmed it was 2. When we arrived the front desk lady advised me that I needed to provide payment I explained and even showed her that the charge was already pending on my account. She shows me her screen telling me that they haven't received any payment from me saying it declined. I continued to tell her and show her the payment coming out my account and that I was not paying again. After exchanging a few words with her and another staff member I left. After I left they called back asking again how many rooms did I have I again said 2. I came back they said I had been charged for one room but not the other then proceeded to tell me I should've told them I had 2 rooms. I advised them once again I had already explained that when you called me 30 mins prior and you had my ID so why didn't you know that with you pulled up my reservation. I asked if there would be a discount applied for the inconvenience and was told there is no discount they can give. Word of advice stay far away from here they are rude and incompetent.

Reasonable rates and a nice and helpful staff. The rooms could have been cleaner. I’d stay there again.

Hotel is basic, but clean and comfortable, a with friendly staff. Forgot a couple small items that the staff was happy to provide. Overall, it was a short, but enjoyable stay at the mid point of our destination. We will most likely stay there again on our trip back!

Wow, for an outside entrance motel, this place is fantastic. Freshly painted exterior. Well managed grass lawns. Clean and comfortable rooms. The room fridge is basic without a freezer, but the ice machine dispatces copiuus quantities. Cookies in the lobby. Brew machine for great flavored coffee. Although space challenged for breakfast services, they make great use of the space and have a hot food offering. We had biscuits and sausage gravy with a lot of sausage in the gravy. Wonderful! Our only issue was that the handicap shower floor was very slippery. We advised management, and they will place nonskid strips on the floor. It is worth driving to Manning from other cities nearby to stay here.
