The staff needs to clean up the bathroom better we hair in our bathroom everywhere

The stay was warm and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable.

There's no negative reports.

The property was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

What I didn’t like about the property was the thermostat would not shut off. The room was very cold. In addition, the toilet seat was too low. My husband is 6’6” and he’s disabled so it was hard for him to get up off the toilet. We have comfort height toilets at home for those reasons.

The security guard that works there is VERY RUDE and disrespectful. He screws up all the positivity of this nice hotel!

Malheureusement, ce que je retiens de mon séjour c'est que, 9 jours après mon check-out, je demande plusieurs fois de libérer la caution de 50 dollars que l'hôtel retient. On ne daigne pas répondre à mes messages et rien ne bouge. C'est inacceptable !

Nothing everything was great!

Overall - clean facility, friendly staff and good breakfast.

The elevator seems to have an issue during our stay and wasn’t operating. Thankfully we managed the stairs, as there is only 3 floors.
