I was double charged by your front desk. Please train your front desk staff. It cost me an extra $200 to get it fixed by Booking.com bc I accidentally called their international customer service line. Manager Bria was extremely helpful and nice to correct and send me a refund but I was out $800 for the entire weekend so I had no money during my trip. My spending money was tied up bc hotel charged me when I had already paid booking.com. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Cleaning ladies were very nice too.

"Adequate for my needs, the staff was great, the room was okay, but avoid the continental breakfast!"

The staff was excellent and accommodating. The hotel was close to good restaurants, and the interstate. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms themselves were quite quiet, but there was significant road noise with a room on the front side of the building. The AC was fairly loud, and the thermostat didn’t seem to work, so I toggled between polar bear cave and rain forest. The main issue, though, was the free continental breakfast. I tried eating it twice, both times the food was rubbery eggs and cold sausages that gave me stomach cramps. The good news is that there are some good breakfast places just up the street.
