Overall - clean facility, friendly staff and good breakfast.

The elevator seems to have an issue during our stay and wasn’t operating. Thankfully we managed the stairs, as there is only 3 floors.

convenient location horrible horrible staff. USBs in every room is a façade none of them work. Learned the hard way they are just a franchise and don't have to answer to anybody You still have a parent company and there always the BBB. I was treated unjust. It is important to me this behavior doesn't get repeated to the next consumer therefore,I will be going all the way up the corporate ladder.

very clean hotel, good location, friendly staff, and value for money. I would stay again in the future, good parking space and lovely area near shops, restaurants, and stores.
