The Edward Hotel

Location good and staff friendly and helpful. Need to do something about undercover parking, it’s a letoff. Food good and can be improved

It was so amazing, the staff, the rooms cleanliness, linen, the food everything was awesome.

It was excellent

We were robbed both of us just a block from the hotel in daylight on a Sunday morning. 3 people were killed/ stabbed to death in that same area while we stayed there for 5 days. Durbin is very very dangerous.

Even though I call the manager Belinda to confirm the reservation because we where arriving at 5:30 am , when we arrived the reservation has been cancelled, I was told that it was because I didn’t pay in advance, which Belinda never told me I was supposed to do They have their own driver and will not call a taxi for me. The driver gave us a price and then told us that it was per person. The food was good and the room ok

Staff at hotel very attentive. Room I was in was on 1st floor and noisy otherwise very clean and comfortable.

1st room was not what we paid for but were up graded later in our stay

The was no water in the morning for two days at 7am to 8am.when ii switch on the lights in the bathroom there was a strange sound and I had to switch off I reported it but the sound persisted my whole stay.... Really it was frustrating.
