"Bad smell and no peace."

This hotel has deteriorated since I was last there in 2006.In my room, there was bad smell and the housekeeping staff knock at your door at 8:00 am.No peace.

The hotel has amazing staff, services including the pool and gym, a short drive/ walk away from the great uShaka Marine world and facing the ocean which is fantastic. I loved every moment.

They did their best to make you feel at home which was great. I didn’t get rooms that I booked and had to settle for what they had. This was a bit annoying since I booked months in advance. I didn’t like the fact that one would have to wait longer for table water during dinner. As much as the staff is friendly an approachable I was given conflicting information most of the time.
