i am a anew member no one ask.me.that.i.didt.get the points though No.welcome drinks.as precoius times We regulars at.the.hotes it.feels safe.for me.and my.family.and location is nice Under.previous owners things where fine New owners prices increased but you cannot.see.why The launch area.where more.nicer and comfy.with the.tb upstairs Price per room.is very expensive now.but still some.lighta not working Dstv package very bad- with kids its.bad wanting to.watxh tv and also.the.sports.channels.bad bad Staff is always very supportive

Location and staff are great. Some elements of the hotel lobby and certain areas feel nice enough.

The resort location is amazing. We did not do breakfast but had supper on the Ala carte menu, the food was good value for money.

The tea, coffee, milk in the room could have been a little more. Restricted to one cup tea/coffee and only two sachets' of milk.
