ANEW Resort Wilderness Garden Route

The location is great. The hotel is focused on family and even had a kids club. Padel and tennis, putt putt and even jumping castle kept the entire family busy. Staff were friendly.

No waiters at the pool. The food and drinks very expensive. R60 for a savanna is over priced when you can buy it at another restaurant across the road for R45

Aircon not working on arrival, but was sorted early the next morning There was some rain one evening and had a small puddle of water leak onto the floor, fortunately in an area not near the beds No halaal dinner options for Muslim guests Limited TV channels

There were no pool towels available for the entire stay. The facility is old and needs upgrades. Grass was brown abd had many thorns around the pool. Overall a lovely pkace to stay with small kids. Relaxing, friendly staff,
