"Excellent"

We use this motel as our monthly visit to McAllen, and have no complaints or we would go somewhere else. One main reason is that it is NO SMOKING and a lot of the other locations have smoking in parts of their building.

"Excellent stay"

We have enjoyed staying at the McAllen Residence inn!! As in 2019, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The food, as always, was good and well served! The pool was cool and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and clean.

"Excellent Stay"

Yet again, this establishment lives up to its famous brand. I won't stay anywhere else. Housekeeping is very attentive to needs, the management is very helpful and professional. The rooms are top notch. Plus, they take dogs. I don't trust hotels that don't take dogs.

This was probably tbe loudest hotel i've ever stayed at. It was conveniently located next to an HEB and relatively close to an interview I was in town for however the room smelled foul and was outdated. The room above me sounded like they were running a marathon ALL NIGHT. I wouldnt stay there again.
