"Great stay"

We had a great stay, a great free meal Wednesday night. Our was very clean. Mr Roberto was a very courteous gentleman & very understating about our ESA DOG staying our room. Parking & getting to hotel is a little difficult.

"Worth the stay "

While this is an older property and not renovated in the new format. It is clean and well maintained. Carpets and furniture are nice neat and also well maintained. 3 story property and i will visit again

"5 Star Service"

Great from the time we walked through the front door. Greeted by Abraham and he was friendly and professional. He recognized our platinum status and upgraded our room. Third floor is very quiet. Great breakfast with good “hot” food. Abraham recognized us throughout the weekend by name as we entered and exited the hotel. Nice outdoor area and fire pit to enjoy evening. Clean and comfortable room. This will be our go to hotel in McAllen.

"Good all around hotel"

It’s a great place to stay. I’ve looked at other hotel, and even talked to guests at other hotels, and figured out that the Residence Inn definitely has the most going for it. Will continue to stay here when I’m in town.

"Amazing time here"

It was amazing like always. My family and I always book it in this place. Love that HEB is in the same parking lot and this hotel has a full kitchenette. We save money buying and preparing our own meals. It is clean and very up to date on furniture in the rooms. It has a basketball and volleyball net for the kids and ofcourse a pool. Everyone there is friendly and make you feel comfortable. My kids love it..

Hotel is within 5-10 minutes walking distance of HEB, a major supermarket, and several fast food restaurants. With your hotel rate, you get a cold & hot buffet style breakfast that consists of eggs, potatoes, cereal muffins, and breads. Rooms are clean and include a small kitchen with a microwave oven and stove top. My wife and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
