Copthorne Hotel and Resort Lakefront Queenstown

The staff were friendly and the location close to the town centre and attraction, and the room was clean. However, when I called the reception in the morning to ask for milk and toilet tissue the receptionist responded very quickly and delivered them to my room wthin less than 5 minutes. I really appreciated the fast and friendly from the front desk staff.

The houseekeping service could have been better. I left the hotel at 9am and hung the' Please make up my room' sign on the door but when I returned around 3pm, my room had still not been cleaned and the bed was not made. Later a female staff member, possibly a senior or supervisor room attendant, came to the room without smile and only offered clean towels, Since I stayed 3 days, I expected the bed and room to be properly service. My room 1450.

Location -FOH and BOH are very friendly- 10 minutes walk to town - Lake Wakatipu .

We loved the picture window in our room overlooking the lake. It was good that the property was within walking distance of the Town.

Got a little bit confused with the car park being in the basement, and how to get to it from outside to park, and then find our way to our room. It’s a big hotel.

The lake view was nice

The buffet breakfast was very busy, the food options weren't being kept up with as they had a tourist bus or two staying. Cups and glasses were empty, juice was empty, they just couldn't keep up. We ate some toast and left
