The view was amazing and location excellent and very quiet. The room was just a little 'tired' and perhaps needs a touch of TLC.

Great location. The staff were outstanding. Thanks for the kind gesture for our daughter who attended her graduation.

We had a lake view room which was lovely to wake up to. Comfortable bed and decent size rooms with a spot for your suitcase. Breakfast was great - a real bonus. Delicious cocktails at the cocktail happy hour. Room service food was also very good and reasonably priced. Walking distance to town.

The hotel is very old and dated. Needs a complete overhaul. However, as I said our room was comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and asked for our room to be 'made up' once during our stay. The bed was pulled up - not made and no cleaning is done at this point. There was also a strong BO smell in our room once the cleaning staff had left which was not pleasant. You could also smell this in the hallway when the cleaners were in the rooms. No extractor fan in the bathroom which meant the walls were dripping with moisture after a shower. Shower is in the bath so may be difficult for some people.

the bed was so comfortable and the room was very quiet. we slept in every morning. Friendly staff and great food in restaurant. We got a room update to a suite for our wedding anniversary. nice surprise!

Beds are comfortable, rooms and bathroom are spacious with a 2nd seperate toilet which helps for when someone is in the main bathroom

Facilities were a tad out dated and car park was quite some distance from our room when taking luggage shopping ect but they do have a porter service to gelp with luggage.

There should be a drinking water properly available in the room like a jug and glasses. We shouldn't be filling water from the bathroom sink.

Upon inquiry if the room has microwave, the staff told us over the phone that they will warm up the food for us in case we needed. But when we asked at the reception they said we can't do that for our customers. All the staff should follow the same rules and help and serve customers.
