Everything, food was trash, staff were mediocre the guy who checked us in had his shoes off in the lobby like he was at home. The dining area had roaches, tables weren’t clean, trash can over filled. This place was more like motel not hotel.

Dirty smells light in the bath keep turn by itself
USI highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay. This hotel is incredibly dirty, especially the breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast, the food was absolutely nasty. The rooms are in terrible condition. Our room was infested with ants, smelled strongly of humidity, and the bathtub was peeling. To make matters worse, the shower head literally fell off while I was taking a shower. On top of all that, the pool wasn't even working. I really wish I could get my money back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

El único motivo por el que Elegí este lugar porque tenía una piscina cubierta , al llegar al hotel y después de pagar me dicen que está en remodelación, aún así e quedé por tres días ,mi habitación no fue limpiada el segundo día solo la limpiaron el primero, en el baño los botes de shampoo y de body wash estaban vacíos durante toda mi estancia, tuve que ir a comprar mi propio jabón y shampoo
USWe were in town our daughter was getting married this added more stress to our weekend. We had to book another room at a different hotel. We were only there 30 mins. Nat’s in the first room and the heater did not work. The second room offered to us we saw roaches. We left and the police was called because the staff didn’t initially want to give us something saying we didn’t stay there.
Everything. We were told we were getting a full refund and our credit card was still charged $451 for the entire 4 days. We’re currently waiting on our refund 🥴
