Staff needs to be more professional public areas need a facelift, roo`ms clean, maid service to room exceptional, storage and utility unsightly left open, coffee was good, some outside boxes need a coat of paint, breakfast needs to be improved and dining area badly needs remodeling

We stayed at the property on May 23rd 2026. There were ants all over our luggage when we left! Gross!

This hotel was disgusting! It was nasty and infested with ants in the room! I would never stay there again! In fact we checked out a day earlier and went to another hotel!
USIt was close to a lot of food places and entertainment things
The carpet wasn’t clean and our feet were dirty walking around barefoot in our hotel room.

La habitación estaba bien deteriorada, rota las puertas del baño, sin cerradura, cosas sobre puestas que si tocas se caían, la cama incómoda , el aire se apaga solo y prende después de un largo tiempo funciona un ratico y se vuelve apagar.
The place was very outdated and the outside doors didn't lock so not much security for the guests. The deadbolt didn't lock up .. also the carpet was damp and the room smelled bad and musty.
