USMost of items were missing in room we have to ask them that tissue rolls, Iron, sheets, facial soap were missing. ***MOST OF THAT SUCH A BAD SMELL WAS COMING WECOULDNOT SLOEEP WELL DURING OUR STAY FO RTAHT REASON

Pool out of service, big stains on mattress of sofa bed, handprints over walls, dead bug smushed on the wall and left there. Breakfast was not good, other guests were also complaining saying the waffle batter tasted sour. Comfort Suites is usually great, this one is not.
I stayed in Room 111 and experienced a severe cleanliness issue. There were roaches in the room, and a large one actually crawled on me during my stay. This is unacceptable for any hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not properly addressed. I do not recommend staying here due to hygiene concerns.

Rooms in need of minor repairs. They no longer provide soap. Rooms only have shower gel in the bathroom and only hand lotion by the sink.
Don’t stay here. Staff was unhelpful and very unprofessional. Hotel was in disrepair. Room was decrepit. I felt unsafe. Police visited property twice in one night.
