Loews Miami Beach Hotel – South Beach

I can’t praise this hotel enough for all the usual reasons but the thing that set it apart for me was the hospitality and genuine friendly attitude of all staff

Serviço de manobrista muito caro. Meu banheiro tinha um cheiro muito ruim, só não pedi pra trocar de quarto pq ficaria 2 dias e estava com muita mala.

Awesome hotel, everything is on the next level. Excellent staff, great location, great swimming pool, top hygiene.

Staff sometimes won't respect the privacy indicator, windows couldn't be opened, and the TV had some weird flicker making it unusable. One notable thing is wifi stability, which is really bad for a hotel of this caliber. For the prices they charge I would expect to get at least one free parking spot and best tier wifi for free. Charging extra for better wifi is just poor management decision.

We had an excellent vacation, superb staff and great amenities! Wish breakfast is included for all all of us (4) not just for 2, with that being said hope your thoughtfulness extends to all the guests. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My family and I recently stayed at the Loews Hotel Miami Beach and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with our beach attendant, Tyler. Throughout the day, Tyler was inattentive and unprofessional. We had to ask multiple times for an umbrella while sitting in the hot sun, and despite our repeated requests, there was little sense of urgency or concern for our comfort. We spent far too long waiting for basic assistance that should have been provided promptly. In addition, Tyler rarely checked on us and seemed more focused on talking with other staff members than assisting guests. It often felt like we were being ignored and had to go out of our way to get help. For a hotel that prides itself on customer service, this level of attentiveness was disappointing. A beach attendant should make guests feel welcomed and cared for, but unfortunately that was not our experience. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests receive the service they expect.

Derek the doorman contacted me directly and advised me I left my luggage behind. I was already on the cruise ship and he arranged to have a taxi bring it to the ship.
