Os quartos parecem ter sido renovados pelo menos um pouco

Ao chegar no hotel não tinham nenhum dos quartos que eu havia reservado e pagado com antecedência, primeiro queriam me colocar em outro e não me dar nada e depois que eu reclamei disseram que iam me colocar em outro e no dia seguinte no correto e que iriam me dar um voucher para usar no hotel, disseram também que eu chegaria e minhas malas ja estariam la que eu nao precisaria me preocupar. Então acordei e sai, ao voltar pro hotel me fizeram acompanhar o maleiro até o quarto, carregar minhas malas e levar para o outro quarto e o voucher prometido não serviu nem para dois dias de estacionamento. O atendimento do hotel é vergonhoso, vendem algo que não tem e não ressarcem o cliente

La habitacion, ubicacion, gimnasio y estetica del hotel estuvieron bien.

La pileta un asco, mil personas, no sabia si era agua o meo. Estar en la zona de las piletes un caos, todas las reposeras pegadas ni un cm de separacion, un desastre. El desayuno con cola de 20 personas. En la playa te dan las sillas pero las reposeras salen 38 dolares. Claramente al hotel le falta otra pileta, tienen lugar para hacerla, sino limitar la cantidad de huespedes.

Did not have the best experience due to staff behavior. We stayed at the Loews hotel in South Beach and decided to spend some time away from the pool area we opted to rent one of the day bed. Granted it was already 2 pm, that we decided we to get the bed, the staff ensured us since it’s so late that we would be able to enjoy it beyond the close time. We parasailed and we asked our waiter to place food order close to us returning from parasailing. Upon our return, the food was ordered and it took about 30 minutes to deliver, which was close to 5:45 pm. At 6:00 the staff began to inform us that they were closing and they needed to break down the bed. We informed that we were promised that we would not be rushed and the staff would attend to other activities and come back. 2 min later another staffer came back and said they needed to clear the bed. I asked for a manager because we were not getting what was promised when we rented the bed. Taylor the Manager came over and was immediately dismissive to me and my guest. He told us they were closing and we needed to immediately vacate the space. His crew needed to leave and we needed to give up the bed. The crew began to break down the bed, while we were still eating our lunch. This was at 6:15. This was very disturbing to me and my guest as we did not get what we paid for. Next day, I just happen meet the area supervisor and Edwin, operation manager. I voiced my concern, they were very concerned. They gave us a bed for the day and was very concerned about my encounter the day before. He mentioned there will be additional training of the staff and apologized for the unprofessional behavior.
