"Richard is the best!"

I had an incredible experience thanks to Richard, the doorman at the hotel. When a package I was expecting went missing, I was extremely anxious — but Richard went above and beyond to help. He spent the entire day checking every possible place, kept me updated, and treated the situation with genuine care and professionalism. His kindness and dedication truly stood out. Richard is the kind of person who turns a stressful situation into a reminder of what great hospitality looks like.

"Warm and welcoming staff"

Leaving four stars since the rooms were a bit outdated and dark, but if the review was solely based on the staff then it would be 5 stars plus. I stayed for a week and throughout my time they all made me feel at home. They remembered my face and always made sure I was taken care of, especially Richard. Can’t thank them enough for that!
