"It was one of the best,"

Everything was amazing, i loved the food, area well secured, The only issues i had which i opted not to call and report was the driver driving to the airport after my stay, he told me a different price compared to what i was told at the lobby... its minor... But overall it was a great experience ...

"Gem in Tshwane"

On arriving at the hotel we had to wait for about 10 minutes before the staff member came to assist us with the check in. Once we were checked in they went out of their way to accommodate us. I have no complaints about this hotel and is is really great.

"Not 5 Star"

Not a 5 star and it is overpriced, location is terrible with nothing within walking distance - not that you would want to as it looks unsafe. Do not waste your money on the breakfast it was not good. Had to ring through every night to ask for towels as none were left in our room. The bed was good but the sheet were well worn and cheap. Would not stay here again

"Hotel was secure to stay, people were friendly "

Sheraton hotel of Pretoria is a nice place to stay. It’s just located opposite a nice park. I did enjoy talking with people, breakfast was great and etc. My room wasn’t changed often but it’s ok. I enjoyed everything, hotel is nice and clean and security is tight. God bless Sheraton Pretoria.

The hotel pictures don't do it justice, this accomodation is beautiful. It is in a area that is very political and allows you access to many other neighboring places.

Shirt ripped in laundry - returned not washed bundled up with statement that it was ripped and stained. The shirt was bought new one week before and had only been used one time. Despite making hotel aware no action was taken.
