CT Hotel

The hotel is nice & was conveniently located to where we had to be. The location felt unsafe (not inside the hotel itself) e.g. even though there was a mall within walking distance - i would not go there. Very noisy during the day with all the minibus taxis constant hooting. It's a pity to see the demise of the area - as years ago that was quite an upmarket suburb. The staff in general was nice - some of them could do with more training. I was surprised to see how people would work around e.g. dirty dishes - it seemed like as it was not their job - so they'd rather leave it - instead of taking it to the kitchen - no common sense...just looked sloppy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are cleand. The breakfast was very nice!

Their Wi-Fi only connected one device per room though! Maybe it was an isolated incident?

Sylvia at the front desk was very gracious - gave me a bit longer to check out as my flight was later in the evening. I loved the view of the Union building from my room. Will be glad to go back if the rates continue to be inexpensive!

We stayed on night at Sheraton Pretoria - in one phrase, “we couldn’t have asked for better”.

It’s a great hotel. The people working there are exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly. The area being in SA in general unfortunately reflects the deterioration happening in SA right now despite the fact that the location is opposite the Union Buildings Great breakfast and hotel restaurant. Would recommend to our friends

Amazing i must say

The Sheraton Pretoria is nice, secure, hotel well located within walking distance of some of Pretoria’s major landmarks, parks, museums, embassies, shopping areas and nice residential streets. Restaurant and Customer Service staff were very friendly and helpful especially Mr Tommy Maile and Ms Ntokozo Mgeba.
