Very friendly and helpful staff. Underground secure parking. Conveniently located. Breakfast was greatly over priced. Will stay again but not take breakfast.

Amazing

It was okay, but not something fantastic as I expected from a Sheraton. No recreational place to sit and unwind. Limited spa service. But staff and management were good.

The hotel is fantastic. Unfortunately it is completely unsafe to walk even 100 m away from the hotel.

Very nice hotel but the Air condition had set limits and would not cool enough. Had a sleepless night.

Stayed many times - staff, facilities, food - amazing.

That was a Night and a Half,if such does exist... from the friendliness of the staff, food +bed was exquisite.... to the premises it was premium. I really enjoyed my stay. money for for value.given the opportunity count me there!!!

Stayed two nights after coming off a Rovos Train trip. The hotel is very nice and the restaurant was very good, we ordered ala Carte as opposed to buffet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, would stay there again.

Overall the hotel and service staff were very good and friendly. The concierge staff was not. Overall the hotel was very good, presentable and looked good. There were a few minor issues such as a noisy ac fan, only one bottle of water in each room, a broken coffee machine, a main window that did not seal out road noise and some bathroom items that were missing. However, overall it was great value for money.
