CT Hotel

This was not the first time staying at he Sheraton, it was great. I was however not impressed with the R25 tray charge for in-room dining. I just hope this money is used for tips for the waiters or kitchen staff

Found balcony filthy with previous guest liquor bottles and sigarette stumps. Never cleaned througout my stay. Telephone not working, was not fixed even after reporting it

It was EXCELLENT, super and enjoyed it so much

The coffee machine still had the previous customers pods in them. When I tried to make coffee the machine did not want to puncture the pods properly and spilled water. The windows was dirty and spoiled the view. The TV was dirty and full of marks on the screen. The shower was dirty and had no hot or cold indication. The wall paper was damaged. When I showed these pictures to reception the staff on duty response was “sorry to hear”. I believe the customers you are loosing now due to your slackness is also “sorry”

The hotel is lovely!It's a shame about the surrounding area though as it's become a bit run down. The rooms are very nice. The room service was efficient but they lacked a bit of 5 star finesse. They served smoked salmon without lemon or black pepper so had to ask for that. Also the waiter told us he doesnt get the tips if we add it to the bill which I always find annoying. We didn't eat at the restaurant as it was expensive. The parking was R80 per night which was a bit much! We enjoyed staying there and the price was reasonable.

Club room is an excellent perk. Staff is amazing. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed, in 10 years of business/leisure travel.

A great place to stay! The hotel needs a little updating but not in major ways - just decor and suchlike. I found the food to be the only disappointing part of my stay - very overpriced for sub-standard food.

Good food, nice pool, excellent business centre, friendly staff. Huge room

Many hotel issues. First night was amazing. Next day morning we left around 9:30am and arrived at our room at 3pm. No one had cleaned the room. Room service kept saying on the phone that no one could assist me and I had to wait for them to call me back. I had to call the Manager. Many issues. Hopefully never will stay in this hotel again, however the hotel manager was amazing and solved our issues in 20 minutes.
